You can get them from Amazon (if they have it in stock) or from suppliers like GloNation or Glow Inc. However, the simplest way to get those blue glow-in-the-dark star stickers is to buy them from your local hardware store.
You can also use regular paint to get a much deeper and realistic effect. 1 part blue glow powder mixed with 2 parts of clear paint will give you blue glow paint. Add a night sky chart or constellation stencil and you've got yourself blue ceiling stars.
