Do i need inlays on a guitar to learn?
I am wanting to buy this guitar here ->
I know the guitar has dot markers on the side of the neck and i was wondering could i just use those to learn or would i be making this unnecessarily hard on myself?

Because im 15 and i won't have close to a thousand dollars to spend freely for a really long time and i don't want to be stuck with some piece of shit
As long as the top dot markers are there you'll be fine and will be able to tell where you are. After a while of playing you'll get the feel and will know where your fingers are. It will pretty much become second nature and you won't have to think about it.
The 12th fret marker-only thing is just a style choice.
If you wanted to put inlays on the typical spots you could always take this guitar to a luthier.
