need a stereo mini female to RCA male adapter?

I don't know if such a thing even exists. I've been searching and searching and my head is spinning from so many different configurations, but I haven't found it yet.

As the question said, I need an adapter with a stereo mini female end (I will be plugging in music headphones) and a RCA male end (this plugs into something that only has RCA out - single plug, not a dual out).

Hopefully I described that right. So the question is - does this even exist and if so, where the heck can I find it or how can I search it without turning up a gazillion mini male to RCA female adapters?
I don't need stereo. I'd be happy to make my own, but I don't know what that would involve! Any insight on that is appreciated also.
And to clarify, I'm asking about an 1/8 inch mini.

The RCA male cannot be stereo, that is way no such adapter is made. I would just make my own.

You cut a cord that has the stereo mini, and cut another one that has the RCA. Splice the two together. Coming from the stereo plug there will be a shield wire, and two colored wires. Splice the two colored wires together and connect them to the single center wire of the RCA cord. Tape it up good and then connect the shields of both cords together, and tape the whole thing up and you are done.
